The Thomas Atelier was founded by Henri Braun and Chris Richardson, a dynamic partnership that spans over 15 years. With more than 20 years of combined experience in the interior design industry, Henri and Chris have dedicated much of their careers to the textile and wallcovering sectors. Their expertise lies in residential and hospitality design, where they have played a key role in creating extraordinary interiors for both private residences and some of the world’s most prestigious resorts.

In 2023, Henri and Chris made the move from the United States to Nice, France, where they turned their lifelong passion for art into a thriving business. Today, they collaborate closely with a select group of talented artists to produce bespoke, one-of-a-kind pieces for exceptional design projects, with a particular focus on the United States market.

Driven by a deep appreciation for fine antiques and art, Henri and Chris spend much of their time sourcing stunning, rare pieces from France's renowned brocantes and antique markets.
